Terms & Conditions

Client Cancellations

All cancellations must be communicated to Holy Crust as soon as possible.

If the client cancels their booking at any time, the 20% booking deposit is non-refundable, regardless

of how much notice is provided.

No additional cancellation fee will apply. Any payments made by the client above the 20% deposit will

be refunded if the booking is cancelled, subject to any amounts properly payable for services already

provided or otherwise permitted by law.

The deposit is retained because the event date has been reserved for the client and Holy Crust may

have declined other enquiries or bookings for that date.

Where possible, Holy Crust may agree to transfer the booking to another available date. Any transfer is

at Holy Crust's discretion and subject to availability.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits any rights the client may have under the Australian

Consumer Law that cannot legally be excluded.
